The DD-45 "Field Olive" is our modern interpretation of what a British military field watch would look like if it were issued today. Built with the same spirit we've re-engineered it for contemporary American reliability.

Designed as a homage to the original Dirty Dozen designed for the British War Office to equip the British Army with a standardized high-performance field watch, the DD-45 surpasses the originals spec wise bringing it to the 21st century. Originally meant to be "Waterproof" we've modernized the initial design requirements. The DD-45 comes with 10ATM water resistance & a screw-down crown - helping to keep things safe in wet conditions. The double domed sapphire crystal provides best in-class scratch resistance further improving the longevity of your DD-45.

While the originals were mechanical, this modern execution features a high-precision Quartz movement that is chosen for its superior accuracy, reliability, and low maintenance. Built for everyday field use, it delivers consistent performance without the need for winding, making it a practical tool for modern life.

The DD-45 is housed in a 40mm stainless steel case rated to 10 ATM (330 ft) water resistance, engineered to withstand wet conditions and daily exposure. At just 11.5mm thick with a 46.5mm lug-to-lug profile, it maintains balanced wrist presence without bulk. A double-domed sapphire-coated K1 crystal protects the dial, while the 20mm lug width allows for versatility. This is the classic “waterproof” military concept, updated with modern materials and construction standards.
