What Is a Unit Commission Project?

A Unit Commission Project begins with one designated representative initiating the collaboration. We develop the design together, structure a fixed pre-order window, and manage production from start to finish.


Participating members purchase their watches individually during the defined order period. Once the window closes, production begins — and we ship directly to each unit member.

All projects require a minimum of 25 pieces. This ensures production efficiency and maintains exclusivity of each limited run.
After pre-order closes, production typically takes 12 weeks depending on the design configuration and current scheduling. We confirm the exact delivery date as soon as pre-order closes.
A commission is typically initiated by a member of a military or first responder unit, or by a representative of a veteran association. We recommend that one designated individual lead the project internally, ideally someone who already has a clear vision for the design direction and can coordinate participation within the group. This helps streamline development and accelerate the launch process.
Yes. Veteran associations, alumni groups, and heritage organizations are welcome, provided they meet minimum thresholds and align with production standards.
Yes. Confidential projects remain unlisted and are not used in marketing without explicit authorization.
From inquiry to delivery: approximately 14-20 weeks. Design (2-4 weeks), pre-order (2-5 wks), production (12 wks), plus shipping.
