Type H-75 CHRONOGRAPH
The Type H-75 is our chronograph, based on a 1970s helicopter pilot watch design. It is for people who want a field-style watch with a stopwatch function in a 38mm case. A VK64 meca-quartz movement combines quartz accuracy with a mechanical chronograph feel. Four references, on canvas or leather straps, are priced at $275.
A chronograph built for legibility
The Type H-75 pairs brushed silver hands, filled with cream lume, with oversized Super-LumiNova indexes, so the dial reads well in low light. A double-domed acrylic crystal covers the dial. The 38mm case carries 10 ATM water resistance, enough for daily wear in most conditions.
What is a meca-quartz chronograph?
A meca-quartz movement keeps time with a quartz module and runs the chronograph with a mechanical module. On the H-75, that means accurate timekeeping without winding, and a chronograph that starts, stops and resets with the crisp action of a mechanical one. It suits timing a run, a parking meter or a cook, then going back to the time of day at a glance.
