Praesidus Collaboration Process
STEP 1
Submit Your Brief
Start by sending us a clear design brief. We offer customization on the dial and caseback, with strap options selected from our current collection.
STEP 2
First Contact
Once received, we’ll get in touch to confirm the details and align on your vision.
STEP 3
Design Phase
Our in-house designer creates an initial concept based on your brief. We’ll fine-tune it together until it’s exactly right.
STEP 4
Sample Production
Once the design is locked, we’ll produce a first sample for your approval. This phase typically takes 1.5 to 2 months.
STEP 5
Pre-Order Launch
After approval, we’ll open a private, passcode-protected page on our site for your team to place their orders.
STEP 6
Production & Assembly
Following the pre-order window, we beginfull production.
Allow approximately 2 months for assembly and quality checks.
STEP 7
Delivery
Each watch is shipped directly to the buyer with tracking via USPS or FedEx.
